Indianapolis Escorts: Owner upset with city over massage parlor raids
Investigators raided several massage parlors Monday, for what they called “illegal activity.” Several women were arrested for prostitution and shops were cited for code violations. One business owner is upset, because he said the raids hurt his legitimate business.
